From there, she integrated her strategic skills with a new focus on ‘leadership team development’ to create unprecedented business outcomes.  Linda is a Master Facilitator and Leadership Results Coach. She has coached leadership teams and mid / senior and executive leaders.

She is known for her ability to move from individual / departmental thinking to high functioning leadership teams that leverage their individual strengths to become much greater than the sum of its parts:’ where conflict is managed, problems identified, decisions made and opportunities seized. Linda is known for her deep Listening, Learning and Adaptive approach to guide participants to develop 21^st century leadership skills and contribute at their highest level. She has managed teams in over 50 countries.

Today, Linda runs her own boutique practice in Leadership Development and has won numerous business awards for her transformational work with growth companies.
