An inspiring trainer, facilitator and coach, John’s energy comes from helping the groups that he works with to learn and grow and be better than yesterday. He enjoys knowing that participants are gaining value from the training and challenging their thinking and the materials so that they gain understanding.
When John works with people leaders and team members, he ensures that groups are engaged throughout and actively interacting with the subject matter. John creates an environment that is built on trust, respect and care, so that participants have an experience that is both valuable and enjoyable.
In recent years John has found designing and delivering train the trainer workshops to help subject matter experts and managers overcome their obstacles in public speaking have been really rewarding. John is also inspired by helping participants work on their interpersonal skills, where it is clear they are walking away with a newfound confidence in their ability to be people leaders.
John can deliver both virtual and in person in the UK or internationally, delivering to English speaking clients.
