Overview
Alistair is an executive facilitator and leadership consultant specialising in decision-making under pressure, strategy execution and leadership in complex environments.
He has over eight years’ experience delivering applied management programmes for UK government departments, multinational organisations and major Gulf institutions. A former Managing Director, he combines facilitation expertise with practical commercial experience of building businesses, negotiating international contracts and leading cross border teams.
He works with senior leaders and management teams across the UK and GCC, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE. His approach is structured, practical and outcome-focused, helping participants turn strategy into action, make better decisions and address complex organisational problems.
Alistair is based in Devon and works across the UK and internationally.
