A structured programme, learner-led, self-paced, peer learning, curated materials, emphasis on coaching, light-touch facilitation – an expertly crafted learning journey, ‘not another training course’.
The autumn 2025 programme is led by the Programme Director, Cyrus Cooper, and will be delivered virtually, on Zoom.
The welcome session, connect & reflect sessions and completion dates are fixed – coaching session dates agreed individually with Executive Coach.
Autumn 2025 open programme dates
- welcome - 3 October 2025 / 10:00-11:00
- 180 assessment feedback – during October [and start ‘Due North’ self-directed learning]
- First 1-1 coaching session [focus on personal goals and reflections] - late October
- First ‘Sprint’ coaching session [focus on ‘Due North’ learning and prepare for ‘Sprint forward’ – allow 30 minutes] – mid-November
- NORTH connect & reflect – 5 December 2025 / 10:00-11:00
- Second ‘Sprint’ coaching session [focus on ‘Due East’ learning and prepare for ‘Sprint forward’ – allow 30 minutes] – mid-February
- EAST connect & reflect – 27 February 2026 /10:00-11:00
- Third ‘Sprint’ coaching session [focus on ‘Due South’ learning and prepare for ‘Sprint forward’ – allow 30 minutes] – mid-April
- SOUTH connect & reflect – 15 May 2026 / 10:00-11:00
- Fourth ‘Sprint’ coaching session [focus on ‘Due West’ learning and prepare for ‘Sprint forward’ – allow 30 minutes] – late-June
- WEST connect & reflect – 17 July 2026 / 10:00-11:00
- 180 assessment feedback – during August/september
- Final 1-1 coaching session [focus on 180 feedback, action planning and ROI – allow an hour] – late August / early September
- COMPLETION EVENT – 25 September 2026 / 10:00-11:00
£1,995 + VAT per person.
This includes the 180 evaluation report, access to all materials, six group virtual sessions, six one-to-one coaching sessions. No hidden extras.
