Originally from Birmingham, Fiona has been based in Rome since 2003 and works internationally as a facilitator and coach. She provides one-to-one coaching for corporate and private clients, helping people make purposeful progress in their personal and professional lives, alongside her work designing and delivering development programmes.
Her international career began while she was studying European Business Administration in France. She then spent several years in UK-based Sales and Marketing roles with multinational organisations, travelling internationally and gaining first-hand experience of diverse business environments. This commercial background, combined with her coaching training, allows Fiona to bring a pragmatic and grounded approach to conversations about leadership, confidence and professional development.
Fiona is particularly passionate about helping people recognise their strengths, build confidence and use their innate talents more effectively. In her coaching work, she supports managers and professionals as they reflect, develop new skills and move towards their personal and professional goals, drawing on her experience of leadership, management and intercultural communication.
