A structured programme, learner-led, self-paced, peer learning, curated materials, emphasis on coaching, light-touch facilitation – an expertly crafted learning journey, ‘not another training course’.
The 2026 programme is led by the Programme Director, Cyrus Cooper, and will be delivered virtually, on Zoom.
The welcome session, connect & reflect sessions and completion dates are fixed – coaching session dates agreed individually with Executive Coach.

- welcome - 18 September 2026
- 180 assessment feedback [and start ‘Due North’ self-directed learning]
- First 1-1 coaching session [focus on personal goals and reflections] - September/October
- First ‘Sprint’ coaching session [focus on ‘Due North’ learning and prepare for ‘Sprint forward’ – allow 30 minutes] - October/November
- NORTH connect & reflect - 13 November 2026
- Second ‘Sprint’ coaching session [focus on ‘Due East’ learning and prepare for ‘Sprint forward’ – allow 30 minutes] - November/December
- EAST connect & reflect - 22 january 2027
- Third ‘Sprint’ coaching session [focus on ‘Due South’ learning and prepare for ‘Sprint forward’ – allow 30 minutes] - February/March
- SOUTH connect & reflect - 23 April 2027
- Fourth ‘Sprint’ coaching session [focus on ‘Due West’ learning and prepare for ‘Sprint forward’ – allow 30 minutes] - May/June
- WEST connect & reflect - 18 June 2027
- 180 assessment feedback
- Final 1-1 coaching session [focus on 180 feedback, action planning and ROI – allow an hour] - July/August
- COMPLETION EVENT - 17 September 2027
£1,995 + VAT per person.
This includes the 180 evaluation report, access to all materials, six group virtual sessions, six one-to-one coaching sessions. No hidden extras.
