A seasoned soft skills trainer, Denise began her career as an in-house trainer at one of the world’s largest graphic facilities, Affinity Express Pvt Ltd, Pune where she was solely responsible for English language communication skills as well as cross-cultural training and workshops for the entire staff of over 800 people at all levels on subjects such as communication skills, interpreting instructions, interpersonal communication, giving and receiving feedback, and cross-cultural sensitising.

From there, over the years, she has slowly and meticulously built up her skills and is passionate about helping individuals and teams realize their full potential. She conducts impactful sessions on communication, interpersonal effectiveness, cross-cultural collaboration, motivation, team dynamics, and personal effectiveness.

What distinguishes Denise’s approach is her ability to work closely with people—both individually and in group settings—to develop essential life skills across a broad spectrum. Her training focuses on strengthening cognitive, personal, interpersonal, and practical workplace competencies.

Through structured training programs, coaching conversations, and continuous feedback, she supports employees in enhancing performance, building stronger professional relationships, and achieving both personal and organizational goals.

In addition to facilitating training programs, Denise also oversees Chittlesoft’s quality assurance function and works closely with employees to improve performance, set meaningful career and growth goals, and achieve key targets.
