Cyrus (Managing Director of Maximum Performance) is an exceptional international trainer, facilitator and coach with a proven track record of empowering individuals and teams and organisations across diverse industries and cultures.
He is known for delivering high impact, experiential learning experiences that drive measurable change, increasing performance, and fostering resilient, purpose-driven leadership.
Being within the L&D world for over 20 years, Cyrus focuses on impact. He inspires and equips individuals and organisations with the tools, mindset and strategies to thrive in a fast-changing global environment. Through dynamic facilitation, thought-provoking training and tailored coaching, he helps people transform insight into action and potential into performance.

His academic and professional qualifications include: a Master’s Degree in Management Practice; Diplomas in Executive and Corporate Coaching, Business Coaching, and Business Excellence and accreditations to use a wide range of psychometric tools.
