As an HR development / training consultant she designs, implements and facilitates workshops and experiential learning programmes, customised for the organisation’s needs to achieve breakthrough results in a radically changing world.

Niki’s background was originally in retail sales in the telecoms sector for Micopolis, Altec and Vodafone before she set up her own telecoms business. After fourteen years of telecoms and increasing engagement with people development she changed path and followed her passion for delivering training and coaching, operating on a freelance basis.
