Marie Anne has 28 years of cross-cultural experience within various international banks (including Kredietbank, Banque Internationale à Luxembourg and Dexia), and has held various managerial positions in Luxembourg and in France in relation to client relationship management, finance, audit, governance, etc.
As a project manager she has worked with multicultural teams within an international environment where many transversal projects were able to grow and see the day.
As a coach, Marie Anne has a person-centred approach and is convinced that the most successful experiences can happen and be successful thanks to the motivation of the teams. It is her passion to accompany leaders and teams in achieving higher performance. Using her managerial experience, she offers her clients (individuals and teams) a large tool box (coaching, tailor-made training and workshops) and accompanies them throughout the key periods of their professional transition.
Marie Anne has been President of ICF Luxembourg since 2017.
