There are three main strands to our public service work under the Maximum Performance brand:
Management development programmes
ILM-recognised, the programme can be run flexibly – virtually, physically, tailored.
Face-to-face workshops for managers and staff
A dozen core topics are presented in a variety of full-day, half-day and bite-sized formats, complemented by a further 25 specialist topics delivered by a team of expert trainers and facilitators.

We also work with central government and government agencies, regulatory bodies, the NHS, the education sector, etc. And, of course, we continue to work regularly with VCSE organisations of all types, including registered charities, CIOs, social housing companies, social enterprises, etc, using many of the flexinars and workshops shown here and tailoring them to specific needs.
We understand the unique context and landscapes in which all these sectors currently operate and their key challenges and our interventions are designed accordingly, to ensure that client objectives are always met – and expectations exceeded.
