Self-awareness is crucial if we want to understand ourselves and build better working relationships with others.
Using the FACET5 psychometric tool we will be running a range of exercises to help you understand your preferences and the way you like to approach different situations.
The way we behave and have interpersonal communications depends on us. Really getting to know how you may be perceived – which can be different from your intentions – can really help you to build better working relationships.
Facet5 produces a comprehensive report on how you may behave at work, your preferences – and risks to be aware of when applying those preferences, what your manager should do to get the best out of you and where your role motivations and drivers are situated.
Learn all this and more over the course of a day with expert trainer Cyrus Cooper.
By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:
- Have had time to understand and interpret their own FACET5 personal report
- Understand how their preferences and approaches can help or hinder working relationships
- Learn new approaches to enhance key relationships
- Understand how you can apply your FACET5 learning to everyday situations
- Have increased self-awareness and insight into adapting your style for success
- Formulate an action plan to take back to work
Completion of the Facet5 online questionnaire. (Your personal report will be ready for you on the day.)
This session is appropriate to all individual contributors, managers and staff, at all levels.
This is a half-day workshop. The group size is limited to 12 participants.
