Cyrus (Managing Director of Maximum Performance) is an exceptional international trainer, facilitator and coach with a proven track record of empowering individuals and teams and organisations across diverse industries and cultures.

'I have had the pleasure of working with Maximum Performance a few times. The initial engagement was when I was a candidate on a Senior Leadership Program. This involved 6 day long sessions spread over a few months. The sessions involved building trust within the group and learning valuable techniques to interact with alternate MBTI types. We also learnt how to become more emotionally intelligent with identifying our own blind spots and learning how to provide constructive to feedback to others. Ultimately it helped a group of middle managers to understand what was essential in order to step up and be recognised, respected and trusted as senior leaders in the business. 'A couple of years later, I needed to bring together some teams and build trust. I knew that Maximum Performance were the company to help me achieve this. I had the pleasure of working with Cyrus who took the time out in advance to understand the existing challenges and really helped me to understand what I wanted to achieve in the short and long term.
