Overview
Victoria is a leadership trainer and coach. Her years as an RAF Officer gave her practical experience of leading teams, often in challenging situations.
She is also a practising employment lawyer, business owner, non-executive director, speaker, and author. She combines her unique blend of strategic, operational, commercial, people and analytical legal skills with her authentic personal style to instil trust and confidence in her business clients, her coaching clients and her workshop participants alike.
Victoria’s career has seen her work alongside senior management and leadership teams across all sectors including the military, banking and other professional corporate organisations, not for profit companies, charities and other third sector organisations.
Her vast experience of people and working in different environments is invaluable to her insights and she is often sought out for her commitment to building meaningful relationships, with a renowned reputation for stakeholder management.
Described as authentic in her coaching and training, Victoria’s focus and passion is on understanding what makes people tick in order to remove barriers to individual growth and enhanced performance in a way that is sustainable and healthy in this fast-paced and uncertain world. She draws on insights from neuroscience to inform her work with clients, allowing them to explore how the brain processes information in different ways.
The inevitable result of Victoria’s work is that clients not only see change in themselves – they are better able to understand and work with others.
Victoria is also a speaker on preventing and recovering from burnout, an anti-stigma advocate and volunteer Board member for the charity, Mind and other not for profit organisations.
Victoria is based near Cardiff and works across south Wales, the south-west and, indeed, nationally.
