With over twenty-five years of experience working in media and communications across four continents on large blue chip accounts, Mandy has gained extensive business, people development and facilitation expertise. Throughout her diverse career, Mandy has needed to understand people, motivators, and what creates behaviour change. Whether it’s understanding behaviour to grow brands, employee engagement, or individuals, she advocates creating the right experiences to shift behaviour.

In January 2023, Mandy left the corporate world to set up TMRW. TMRW’s mission is to help companies grow by putting their people at the heart of growth getting talent ready to take on the complexities of the future. TMRW creates, facilitates, and delivers bespoke evidence-based learning and 1:1 leadership coaching to support leaders to build high performing teams, improve communication and engagement, manage change & ambiguity.
