Kevin has an extensive acting and training background. In 2005, he stumbled into a busy field of corporate actors, where he found regular work using role play in training and assessment, and learned about the workings of the corporate world. Since then he has become an accredited trainer and small business owner.
He runs his own training businesses in Australia, alongside his busy acting career, and plans to introduce his training into the UK in the future. His current goal is to establish himself as a leading communication and soft-skills training provider across Australia and New Zealand.
His belief is that training should be outcome focused, have a significant impact professionally and personally on participants, and should be cost-effective and accessible to all. He incorporates tools used by professional performers, as well as current developments in psychology and behavioural science, to unlock complex issues and offer a refreshing perspective.
