Passionate about empowering change, transformation and growth in a fun, creative and inspiring way, he has designed, delivered, facilitated and run world-class bespoke workshops, transformation events, corporate coaching, qualifications, apprenticeship support, business development and call guides.
With a degree in psychology and counselling, Jamie is also an ILM NLP Practitioner Coach, a trained Level 3 Assessor and is qualified to facilitate Insights and Belbin. His knowledge and implementation of the training cycle, Kirkpatrick evaluation, psychology, psychometrics, accelerated learning and coaching has enabled him to help individuals and businesses optimise their potential and over achieve on KPIs and return on investment.
