Overview
Victoria is an employment lawyer, a CIPD-qualified HR professional, a practising coach and a non-executive director.
She is also an author, speaker, trainer and coach in the field of human performance. As a former RAF Officer, Victoria is used to leading people in challenging situations. This unusual combination of skillsets gives her a unique ability to blend her expertise in employment law with organisational reality to achieve the desired results for individual and corporate clients.
Her outstanding communication skills, and her innate ability to convert complex legal problems into digestible and practical advice, make her a natural and most effective trainer in any environment – whether corporate or VCSE.
As a lawyer, Victoria supports clients in resolving employment issues, managing change, negotiating severance packages for senior executives and she undertakes complex discrimination and whistleblowing litigation.
As a trainer, she covers practical employment law and HR issues in the workplace, with workplace investigations training being something of a specialism.
