Dr Elizabeth Crosse is an Advisory Consultant at Maximum Performance, offering expert guidance on coach development, reflective practice, and professional capability. In this role, she supports strategic thinking around learning design, supervision frameworks, and the development of high-quality coaching practice within organisations.
Her research interests focus on professional development, the development of professional expertise, how leaders develop in complex environments, and the relationship between capability and capacity. Informed by research and decades of experience, Elizabeth’s advisory work contributes to the firm’s thinking on supervision, coach learning, and leadership development.
She was among the first accredited coaching supervisors in the UK and has held the International Coaching Federation’s Master Certified Coach credential for many years. Elizabeth holds a Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring alongside a range of postgraduate qualifications.
Through her advisory contribution, she continues to shape development approaches and support excellence across the Maximum Performance’s coaching and mentoring work.
