- Introduction to The Ringlemann Effect and how grouping smaller teams affects higher performance
- Pairs ‘chat’ discussion on overcoming the barriers, followed by group share and discussion with tips shared
4. Encouraging team participation
- Tips for encouraging teams to work together
- Group ‘chat’ sharing pointers and actions participants will take to get their teams working more cohesively
5. Respecting cultural differences in team performance management
- A brief look at cultural differences and challenges in relation to building high performing teams
6. Action plans and next steps
