Founder and Managing Director of his own management consulting and training business based in Shanghai and operating across the country and the region.
He started his consulting career with Ernst & Young Management Consulting Services in Singapore after graduating from the Indiana University with an MBA. At Ernst & Young he focused on Franchise Consulting. He has also been an Executive Director for a Singapore-listed company in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector with a focus in branding and distribution channel management.
Louis first came to Shanghai to start up a precision engineering operation for a Singapore-listed company. In April 2004 he founded his business, focused on management consulting and training.
Louis is a trainer in ‘Character First’ Business, a powerful programme for the development of a sustainable competitive culture through character development. A certified personality assessment consultant, he is experienced in administering psychometric tools for the purposes of candidate selection, performance coaching and team building.
Louis is an accomplished speaker and facilitator. He is a regular speaker at public seminars on Character First Business in China. He has also facilitated major retail industry forums.
