How It Works

The programme begins with a whole-group orientation session led by the Programme Director (delivered via Zoom or Teams). From there, development becomes deeply personal.

1. 180 Evaluation + 1:1 Coaching

Each participant completes a 180-degree evaluation and attends a one-hour coaching session.

The purpose? To see themselves as others experience them, creating  clarity, focus, and a grounded starting point for growth.

2. The Compass Model

The programme is structured around four “compass quadrants,” taken one at a time. Each quadrant includes:

  • 6 weeks of self-guided learning
  • Coaching support
  • Webinars
  • A collaborative learning community

 

After each six-week module, participants move into a…

3. Two-Week “Sprint Forward”

This is where theory becomes action. The sprint focuses on:

  • Real-world application
  • Immediate behavioural change
  • Measurable organisational impact

 

4. Learning in Action

Each quadrant explores four key aspects of leadership. Every aspect includes:

  • A concise 15-minute video overview
  • Curated learning materials
  • Three practical application activities
  • Structured reflection
  • Peer insight sharing

 

Participants don’t just absorb knowledge. They apply, test, refine, and integrate it.

5. Reflection and Coaching Checkpoints

At the end of each quadrant:

  • A 30-minute one-to-one coaching session
  • A one-hour whole-group “Connect & Reflect” session

 

These facilitated sessions ensure momentum, accountability, and alignment.
