Feedback
‘The course makes you think about things that you never thought you would need to consider. It is excellently put together and conducted by Cyrus and I learned a lot about management and myself. I enjoyed the informality of the chat rooms and understanding how other organisations perceive scenarios differently. Cyrus’ enthusiasm is also infectious.’
Stuart, Ascot Racecourse Ltd
‘It’s a great way to demystify management / leadership and that helps you put theory into everyday practice. It gives you expertise from the content but also from the other attendees. The content in the modules both boosted by existing knowledge and gave me confidence that I was already getting some things right. The questions posed during the sessions have made me more considered as a manager with more awareness of the choices I have and the consequences that could arise. Most importantly working in the small groups with a very open and supportive cohort has given me confidence to be authentic in my own management style – that there isn’t a script to follow and that there are difference versions of success.’
Dan, Royal College of Art
‘Absolutely fantastic, already recommended to 3 colleagues‘
Jill, Bucks New University
‘For anyone who is taking on a management role, this is an essential programme‘
A participant from DAI
‘My second day on the course is Thursday this week. I have completed some of the online tasks in preparation. I am really enjoying the course and I am already using some of the ideas in my day to day work. I have engaged my team as I needed them to feedback on a couple of questions about me. I am so looking forward to Thursday and think that I will pick up so many tips and ideas as we move through each of the modules. I would highly recommend this to any newly appointed team leaders/managers as I think the topics covered will benefit not just the individual but the members of the team greatly. I also had a one-to-one session with Scott Rumsey and this was fantastic. Just having an hour of self-reflection was so therapeutic’
A recent participant recommending the programme to her L&D manager
‘If you think you knew everything about management, think again. Even the most confident managers will pick up very useful skills, tools and tips from this course. The modules being split over multiple months gave me time to reflect and put into practice the skills received at each module’
