Andy is a passionate learning professional with over 20 years of experience in the world of corporate learning.
As a qualified practitioner of the ‘Performance Consulting’ approach he specialises in identifying learning needs. Working in partnership with clients he has helped them identify the solutions that will have the greatest impact on performance. Andy’s experience was gained over a 21-year career in learning and development with a global technology company. In his time with the company he became a trusted partner to the lines of business, helping them identify the root causes of performance issues, working with them to develop action plans, and recommending appropriate learning.
With his experience across many roles in learning and development, culminating in a senior leadership team position, Andy understands the challenges faced by a business as a whole and by the learning function when addressing performance issues.
