HR: coaching & mentoring
The best way of supporting the organisation is very often to support the individual.
There are times when an HR professional needs support on a one-to-one basis. That might be a question of coaching from a properly qualified external coach or it might be a question of mentoring by a highly experienced HR professional.
Several of the Maximum HR team have an active coaching practice (particularly Elizabeth, who leads our Maximum Coaching practice, but also Cyrus, Danny, Katie and Rosanne) and they would be obvious candidates for any HR professional looking for a coach.
