Trained by the Centre for Stress Management in Cognitive Behavioural Approaches to Counselling and Therapy, Clare completed coaching training with the Institute for Leadership and Management, and continued training with Master Executive Coach Elizabeth Ferguson. She is now pulling her portfolio together for credentialing by the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach.
Clare has worked as a coaching supervisor within the Home Office, has coached senior civil servants within the Home Office, the Cabinet Office and Board members of the National Crime Agency including coaching preparation for presenting to Theresa May.
Clare combines her own knowledge as an executive within large, complex organisations and tough political environments within the senior echelons of the Civil Service with expert knowledge of human behaviour to create real change. She has a strong desire to see organisations and leaders achieve their full potential for success and combines her knowledge as an organisation development consultant with her coaching to help coaching clients develop themselves and their organisations.
