Maximum Coaching is a brand of Maximum Performance. Founded in 1998, Maximum Performance is a ‘boutique’ management development consultancy. Our work is mainly with large organisations, in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, developing and delivering programmes which use innovative tools and engaging learning techniques.

Our programmes are heavily bespoke, built on the insight and awareness we establish with each organisation we work with.

We are passionate about performance, and totally focused on improving management, team and leadership effectiveness at the behavioural and organisational level, with measurable results in the workplace.

Elizabeth is one of the 1% of coaches in the world to have attained the ICF Master Certified Coach credential and is a former Director of the ICF.

Angela Blacklaw

Angela spent 20 years supporting individual and organisational learning, communication and change in the civil service, posts as Head of Internal Communications in the Food Standards Agency, Head of Change Communications and Culture Change in Defra, and latterly as Head of Talent Development in the Department of Health.

Since 2011, she has worked as an independent consultant and as an associate for a number of respected consultancies as well as Maximum Coaching, such as the Hay Group, Capita Resourcing and the i-coach academy where she is a faculty member, teaching on their post-graduate Coaching Certification Programme. Janet Waters

Janet brings to her leadership development and coaching practice extensive experience in management, leadership and organisational development both in the UK and internationally. She has worked as a senior leader and executive board member in a demanding commercial environment. She provides development and coaching to individuals and teams who are working to enhance their performance or develop their capability to meet changing business demands and expectations. Joy Harcup
Joy is an executive coach with over 10 years’ experience of coaching senior leaders, working in organisations undergoing transition. She previously held a senior management position at an international professional services firm. Her coaching clients include public sector organisations such as top Leaders in the NHS, Home Office, HM Treasury, British Council and, in the private sector, firms such as Royal Mail PLC, Societe Generale, RBS, CBRE, Linklaters LLP, Norton Rose LLP and Baker McKenzie LLP. Joy is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), the largest Global coaching professional body, that promotes best practice in coaching and has over 20,000 members worldwide. Miles is a specialist in change management and coaching is a vital part of his work. Mythily Bhageerutty
Mythily is a highly skilled coach, trainer of coaches, and facilitator. In the last ten years she has worked in Government as a Senior Advisor in Strategy, a Private Secretary to the Minister of Criminal Justice, and a Leadership Coach to Senior Management and Board. She has worked with one of the largest Housing Associations in the country, successfully driving the Executive Team to effect fundamental cultural change through an embedded coaching approach used by all managers, and within the framework of a nationally recognised coaching qualification.
