Maximum Coaching is a brand of Maximum Performance. Founded in 1998, Maximum Performance is a ‘boutique’ management development consultancy. Our work is mainly with large organisations, in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, developing and delivering programmes which use innovative tools and engaging learning techniques.

Our programmes are heavily bespoke, built on the insight and awareness we establish with each organisation we work with.

We are passionate about performance, and totally focused on improving management, team and leadership effectiveness at the behavioural and organisational level, with measurable results in the workplace.

Cyrus, Managing Director of Maximum Performance, is an exceptional international trainer, facilitator, coach and author of Brilliant Workshops.

Elizabeth Crosse

Elizabeth is one of the 1% of coaches in the world to have attained the ICF Master Certified Coach credential and is a former Director of the ICF.

Alastair James

Alastair has always enjoyed working with individuals to understand their motivations and aspirations, their strengths and the blockers to their success. Angela Blacklaw

Angela spent 20 years supporting individual and organisational learning, communication and change in the civil service, posts as Head of Internal Communications in the Food Standards Agency, Head of Change Communications and Culture Change in Defra, and latterly as Head of Talent Development in the Department of Health.

Since 2011, she has worked as an independent consultant and as an associate for a number of respected consultancies as well as Maximum Coaching, such as the Hay Group, Capita Resourcing and the i-coach academy where she is a faculty member, teaching on their post-graduate Coaching Certification Programme. Clare Joghee

Trained by the Centre for Stress Management in Cognitive Behavioural Approaches to Counselling and Therapy, Clare completed coaching training with the Institute for Leadership and Management, and continued training with Master Executive Coach Elizabeth Ferguson. She is now pulling her portfolio together for credentialing by the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach. Read more HERE.

Janet Waters

Janet brings to her leadership development and coaching practice extensive experience in management, leadership and organisational development both in the UK and internationally. She has worked as a senior leader and executive board member in a demanding commercial environment. She provides development and coaching to individuals and teams who are working to enhance their performance or develop their capability to meet changing business demands and expectations. Joy Harcup
Joy is an executive coach with over 10 years’ experience of coaching senior leaders, working in organisations undergoing transition. She previously held a senior management position at an international professional services firm. Her coaching clients include public sector organisations such as top Leaders in the NHS, Home Office, HM Treasury, British Council and, in the private sector, firms such as Royal Mail PLC, Societe Generale, RBS, CBRE, Linklaters LLP, Norton Rose LLP and Baker McKenzie LLP. Joy is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), the largest Global coaching professional body, that promotes best practice in coaching and has over 20,000 members worldwide. Miles Huckle
Miles is a specialist in change management and coaching is a vital part of his work. Mythily Bhageerutty
Mythily is a highly skilled coach, trainer of coaches, and facilitator. In the last ten years she has worked in Government as a Senior Advisor in Strategy, a Private Secretary to the Minister of Criminal Justice, and a Leadership Coach to Senior Management and Board. She has worked with one of the largest Housing Associations in the country, successfully driving the Executive Team to effect fundamental cultural change through an embedded coaching approach used by all managers, and within the framework of a nationally recognised coaching qualification. Paul Meneely
Paul is an experienced executive coach and leadership development facilitator. He became an independent consultant in 2016, following a highly successful corporate career across the complex FMCG, food, engineering and utilities sectors, holding HR Director-level positions within a number of blue chip businesses such as Babcock International, E.on UK and Cargill. Having operated at a senior level in major businesses, he has a strong understanding of the very real challenges of leadership responsibility and brings the value of this experience to coaching and leadership development clients. Rosanne Bernard
After a career as an HR Business Partner and management consultant in a number of organisations within the private and public sectors, Rosanne set up her own business in 2002 specialising in learning and development. She has many years’ experience coaching managers within organisations at all levels and also delivers coach training programmes, such as the Maximum Coaching ICF Certified Coach Training Programme and non-accredited training programmes on coaching skills for line managers. Sara Barrie
Sara is an accredited executive coach, consultant, leadership facilitator and mentor.

Tariq Ahmed

Tariq’s career has seen him work in 25 different countries and across sectors ranging from regulated industries to digital start-ups. He has held roles such as: HR Director, London Business School; Divisional HR Director, RSA (UK / W Europe); and VP HR, VISA (London / Dubai / Moscow / Johannesburg). He has extensive experience in developing talent, building engaged workforces and delivering business change, including leading the people work-stream in the largest IPO in US history.
