In this interactive, 60-minute workshop, you will be led through a series of small exercises to help you switch off from the ‘busy’ mode and get back into the present and more relaxed mode.

Learning objectives

Format

This one-hour workshop aims to provide participants with simple techniques to aid with de-stressing, mental health and well-being! The workshop is suitable for anyone and everyone. The session will take place on Zoom.

To allow participants to gain the most of out the session, the workshop is capped at 12.

Facilitator

Aistė is an actress, a writer, a filmmaker and a workshop facilitator. Over the years, whilst teaching at various organisations and businesses (or ‘busy-nesses’) – she’s noticed, that often at workshops, people find it really hard to switch off from work mode, and that not only does it affect their attention whilst learning something new – it also leaves them more tired at the end of the day. Drawing on her skills of a master-multi-tasker, and her varied experience, from busy film sets to auditoriums – Aistė has designed this workshop specifically to cater for those who ‘have no time’.
