Scott is a Lead Consultant at Maximum Performance. A very experienced and enthusiastic international trainer, facilitator and coach, he relishes the opportunity to help managers succeed in their roles and careers. His prime aim is to encourage managers to get the best out of their people by understanding how they want to be managed and what motivates each individual. He has helped a range of organisations achieve their objectives across private, public and not-for-profit sectors using facilitation, team building and coaching interventions.
Working as a Learning Facilitator for NatWest, Scott worked with a wide range of business units and their team members. He has worked on a number of transformation projects, both inside and outside the bank. Within Natwest he led a project looking at reducing the then long waiting times for customers in branches. This resulted in implementing a number of solutions that cut waiting times and queues by 50% in his unit. Scott and his team were recognised for their efforts, receiving an internal Quality Improvement award for their successful project.
Outside NatWest, Scott has worked on large management development programmes as part of transformation projects and these have included working with Costa Cruises (part of the Carnival Cruise group), Lloyds Pharmacy (part of the Celesio group) and Great Western Railway.
Scott has delivered training for numerous clients on behalf of Maximum Performance (and its sister company, The In-House Training Company), including Stevenage Leisure, easyJet, D B Schenker, Taylor Wessing, British Dental Association, North Herts Homes, Atlas Copco, Sofa.com, SoleTrader, Pay Point, Sage UK, Davies Tapes, Hochiki Europe (UK) Limited, Royal Borough of Greenwich, Living Ventures, Moon Beever Solicitors, Restons, Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce, En Route, The Ship’s Photographer (Services) Ltd, Essendon Country Club, Capel Manor College, Flow Energy, Urgo Medical, Executive Offices Group, The Royal British Legion, De Lage Landen, Geodis, Northampton Borough Council, Oxford City Council, Decoglaze, UK Power Networks, Brockwells Forestry, etc, etc

– Emily Burnham, Management course participant, The Wordsworth Trust
‘Excellent training style, I have previously felt very uncomfortable in other course run by others. This was not the case here at all. I felt relaxed and he kept me interested throughout.’
– Anna Cannal, Management course participant, Specialty Coffee Association
‘Scott was very welcoming and helpful. I was skeptical about coming to the course at first but now I feel I sufficient takeaways to make it worthwhile – that has to be to the credit of the trainer.’
