Andy is an experienced consultant, facilitator, lecturer and trainer with a background in vocational and academic education. With clients across all three sectors he has designed and delivered workshops and training modules for such diverse organisations as regional and local government, public sector bodies, small and medium businesses, training organisations and community groups.

Andy has a professional background in evidence-gathering and report-writing through collating, analysing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources. His reports have been presented for commercial clients, local government, and the EU.

An Associate Lecturer with Open University Business School for the past decade, Andy tutors on Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship modules to undergraduate business and management students and Strategic Human Resource Management to post-graduates.
