A FIRST CLASS experience. Professional and expert in all that we do in partnership together. An absolute pleasure. A great sense of a team approach. The support I receive is second to none.

I have worked with MP for over 7 years. They are constantly developing new programs, Communication with all team members is excellent and they are always there with the focus on both trainers and clients. There is a very collaborative and friendly environment and I love that it is multicultural and diverse.
What’s been the biggest highlight of your training career?
Every interaction with MP is rewarding and I particularly enjoyed receiving a specialized training course on one of the tools we were going to use with one of our clients. Meeting all the team members I don’t usually get an opportunity to see in person was great.

What’s the funniest / most memorable moment you’ve experienced in a workshop?
We were running a one year program with one of our clients. We had sent the client the material for the 8 sessions and the package we were due to use that month got misplaced. We ended up having work on the module for Change management which was supposed to delivered the month after and guess what… It turned out to be just what they needed as HQ had just announced a great change and managers were thirsty for knowledge on the topic!!!! Synchronicity perhaps?

I have loved every minute of it so far. There’s a real ‘family feel’ to the business and the team there. They genuinely care for their clients and the individuals who attend the workshops. As a freelance trainer, it can be a lonely world, so it’s great that Max P has such a collegiate core.
What’s been the biggest highlight of your training career?
I really enjoyed being sent to America to run a week of workshops for Rolls Royce engineers. The work itself was brilliant, but also I had dinner one night in a revolving restaurant, which I didn’t realise existed outside of Hollywood films.

What’s the funniest / most memorable moment you’ve experienced in a workshop?
I wouldn’t want to put it in print! So, errr, asides from that I would say in one of my earliest workshops when I was still under Cyrus’s wing, we had one of the attendees ‘see the light’. He told us we’d changed his life that day, which felt difficult to believe, but the session really was transformative for him. Cyrus is an absolutely brilliant trainer, and it was so helpful to learn from him.

Working with Maximum Performance has been a dream! As an organisation, they are uber-professional and organised, always ready to go the extra-mile for both, clients and trainers. What’s more, they move with the times and are constantly updating their content, presentation and training methods to ensure that they remain ahead of the curve. The icing on the cake — their entire staff are incredibly delightful to work and interact with. Thanks Maximum Performance, for an opportunity to work with the best, coz you definitely are the best!
What’s been the biggest highlight of your training career?
I would have to say being added to the Maximum Performance panel of trainers… and I’m not buttering you up, I genuinely mean it. Prior to working with Maximum Performance, I was a trainer for a restricted audience in India. Being added to Maximum Performance offered me a platform to spread my wings, broaden my horizons as well as providing me with invaluable exposure to audiences from different parts of the Asian continent.

What’s the funniest / most memorable moment you’ve experienced in a workshop?
There have been many memorable moments in my workshops. In a recent workshop that I delivered 2 weeks ago, the participants were very engaged and they put forward their best acting skills for the role-play sessions. There was plenty of laughter in the room and I was glad that the participants had gained lots of new learnings whilst having fun at the same time.

Since I am working with Maximum Performance, I can only say, that it always has been a pure pleasure for me to be part of the team. Everyone of the team is truly caring and at the same time acting highly professionally.
What’s been the biggest highlight of your training career?
In earlier days I used to think that training / coaching / consulting is the profession that I have chosen. Nowadays I tend to believe that this is the profession that has chosen me, because I was somehow magically drawn into it. Since beginning it was one big adventure and working with people is still what I am passionate about! To be able to say that, is indeed what I would refer to as the biggest highlight.

What’s the funniest moment you’ve experienced in a workshop?
When in the early days of my career, at the beginning of a training session, I innocently asked a question as an icebreaker ‘tell us something no-one else in the room knows about you?’ I was rather surprised when one delegate decided to give a vivid description of the underwear they were wearing! Needless to say, it caused great hilarity in the room and certainly broke the ice!! I did however decide it was probably best to avoid using that icebreaker again!!
What’s the most memorable you’ve experienced in a workshop?
I’ve had lots of amazing and memorable experiences training fantastic people over the years and I love enabling and facilitating people to feel empowered and able to achieve what they want to achieve. Some feedback I received just recently really meant a lot to me and reinforces why I do what I do.
I revisited a clients premises to deliver some new training and recognised a delegate who had attended one of my previous sessions. During the day, she shared with the whole group that she typically dreads training courses, feels stressed beforehand and doesn’t usually say anything during them as a result. Having known she was booked onto this session she initially felt those same emotions, however as she told us all, ‘as soon as I saw your name as the trainer and having been on your session before, all my worries and concerns left me. I knew it would all be ok and didn’t need to feel anxious and I could actually look forward to the session. You make me believe I can speak up and feel confident so I can get the most out of the training.’
