Maximum Coaching open courses and events

We run an active programme of open events. They fall into three different categories:

Open days

  • High-energy days, held at a comfortable central London location, usually 10 til 4, lunch provided
  • An opportunity to see our Practice Director, Elizabeth Crosse, in action
  • Focused on a topical coaching theme, usually with a guest speaker or two
  • Sessions qualify for CPD (for ICF members, 5 hours of coach-specific training) – certificates of attendance are given to all participants at the end of the session
  • Capped at 40 participants

Workshops and seminars

  • Learning and skill-build days, held at a comfortable central London location, 9.30 til 5, lunch provided
  • Usually presented by our Practice Director and ICF Master Certified Coach, Elizabeth Crosse
  • An opportunity to get properly engaged with a specific issue
  • Sessions qualify for CPD (for ICF members, 6 hours of coach-specific training) – certificates of attendance are given to all participants at the end of the session
  • Capped at 12 participants

Certified coach training

  • Our flagship Certified Coach Training Programme is approved by the International Coach Federation for 60 hours of Approved Coach Specific Training hours (ACSTH)
  • It’s delivered by Master Certified Coach Elizabeth Crosse, who has delivered more than 10,000 hours of one-to-one coaching and more than 2,500 hours of coach training
  • The programme gives you 8 days of face-to-face training…
  • …plus 7 hours of coach mentoring on a group basis…
  • …plus 3 hours of coach mentoring on a one-to-one basis…
  • …plus 4 hours of self-directed study…
  • …to set you up, once you’ve completed the necessary post-training coaching hours, to achieve the coveted ICF Associate Certified Coach qualification
  • Capped at 15 participants (the average is around 12)
