‘Leadership’ implies ‘followership’. That’s a key difference from management. True leaders inspire others to follow. They don’t just tell them which way to go.

  • And if you were thinking of sending someone on our open programme, or commissioning us to run an in-house programme for you, it’s an opportunity to ‘try before you buy’

Expert trainer

David Durkin is Maximum Performance’s principal leadership consultant / facilitator. He has acquired a vast knowledge of leadership development which he is more than happy to share with audiences.
