Jocelyn has worked in human resources, learning, training and personal development since the early eighties.
A strong advocate of learning for a reason, she has a practical approach to design and delivery which aims to provide delegates and organisations with readily useful content, transferable to the workplace.
Having enjoyed a successful career within blue chip organisations such as Thorn EMI and Motorola, she began working as a freelance consultant in 1998. Working globally (all across Europe, Hong Kong, New York, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Malaysia), Jocelyn is widely respected for her experience and expertise.

Qualifications, training and professional memberships
Jocelyn is a qualified NLP Practitioner. Certified to Level 3 British Psychological Society to provide psychometric assessments, she is a regular user of MBTI, DiSC, OPQ, and Thomas Kilman in particular. She is also an accredited ILM deliverer for Levels 3, 5 and 7.
