Andrew Deighton

Andrew is an executive level HR professional with significant development and talent management expertise and a track record of building strong relationships with senior business leaders. This has been developed through working in a FTSE100 engineering and manufacturing organisation in roles across Aerospace, Naval and Commercial Marine, Nuclear and Operations sectors as well as corporate positions. Gill Rouse

With over 20 years in HR, communications and change management, including ‘big 4’ (PwC) and international experience with IBM, A&T, BT and ICL, Gill has significant expertise in human resource development, with particular skills in management development, coaching and team-building. She is able to influence at senior levels, whilst also being a practical, ‘hands on’ person, with a good understanding of business issues. Gill has excellent facilitation and conflict management skills and has helped a number of senior teams to successfully improve their working relationships and productivity. In her 30 years in HR, Janet has worked across a wide range of sectors including professional services, banking, the public sector and manufacturing. With deep experience as a senior HR business partner and HR project leader, she has an exceptional track record of successfully developing talent, transforming back office functions, and improving employee engagement through organisational change and managing performance. Katie Heath

Katie offers executive and career coaching to senior managers and is accredited by the Association for Coaching. She is a professional, non-directive coach with a sound track record in supporting people during their development and career journeys within a global context across a range of cultures. Katie uses her warm but challenging approach to create a space for her clients which is supportive, reflective and practical, where she works together with them to help them explore and realise their full potential and achieve their goals. Ruth George

Ruth is a Chartered Member of the CIPD with over 15 years’ experience in senior HR roles with household names such as Next, Homebase and Fujitsu. She has expertise in HR audit, policy drafting, consultation and implementation, talent management, absence and performance management, organisational change (including mergers, acquisitions and integration work) and HR strategy. Toni Trevett

Toni has more than 25 years’ HR experience. Formerly an HR Director within the BAA group of companies, she is an independent HR / employment law consultant and lecturer. She was the youngest member ever appointed to the Employment Tribunal judiciary. She has worked with numerous organisations as a consultant, auditing HR policies, procedures and practices as well as managing complex and sensitive issues such as redundancy, TUPE transfer, reorganisations, etc. An author and trainer, she is also a lecturer for the CIPD graduate qualification.
